Well, it was a boring work week! There were multiple sports tournaments so two whole days of classes were canceled since so many students were absent. Thus the poor unathletic children had to sit at their desks all day doing independent study. I at least got to sit at my desk poking around on the internet!

Kentucky bourbon puddings! I love homemade puddings. They're so easy and yet everyone has forgotten this due to the ease of instant. Moving to a country with very little instant anything has made me realize how yummy from scratch everything is. It is also scary how much heavy cream and butter is in everything...
Sweet Japan print from Poppy and Pinecone on Etsy.
